The North End Classic ski race is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 8.
The Cookie Classic children’s events will also be run on Sunday, February 8, starting immediately following the 13km and 24 km events.
Please note the following event logistics:
Start area: Birkie Trail at west end of the Power line at site of Birkie Food Station #1. Access by skiing 1.5 km from North End Trail Head, or walking up access road from Randysek Road.
Finish area: North End Trail Head
Registration: Saturday, Feb. 7 at Ideal Market in downtown Cable, 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 8 at 7:30-9:30 a.m. At Ideal Market.
On-line registration
Post-Race: Hot soup, awards pick-up and random drawings will all take place at Rivers Eatery/Ideal Market immediately following the race.
